Bond’s Lover

Bond’s Lover

Bond’s Lover is an unnamed girl, who serves as a minor character, Bond Girl in the 2012 film Skyfall, and is played by Greek model Tonia Sotiropoulou.

Credited as ‘Bond’s Lover’ we see her sharing a romantic relationship with James Bond during his retirement from MI6. The only scene we see her, she’s been making love with Bond, lying in bed and tenderly caressing him as he enjoys a beer. After this encounter, she doesn’t appear again, so it’s assumed that she’s a prostitute.

Tonia Sotiropoulou

Tonia Sotiropoulou, born on 28 April 1987 in Athens, Greece, is an actress and producer. At the age of 20, she moved to London in order to follow her passion for acting. Sotiropoulou is recognized for her roles in notable films such as Skyfall (2012), Hercules (2014), and Waiting Room (2018).

Initially, actress Tonia Sotiropoulou auditioned for the role of Sévérine, but the part was ultimately given to Bérénice Marlohe. As a gesture of consolation, Sotiropoulou was offered this minor role, which received great praise in her native Greece, making her the first Greek Bond Girl in history.
