Teri Hatcher, born on December 8, 1964, in Palo Alto, California, is a multi-talented American actress, singer, and author. Hatcher began her journey as a ballet dancer and pursued her studies in mathematics and engineering at De Anza College.

However, her true calling was acting, and she studied at the American Conservatory Theater. Teri Hatcher’s early roles included NFL cheerleading for the San Francisco 49ers and a role on the TV series The Love Boat.

She also appeared in MacGyver, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Quantum Leap, and L.A. Law, where she played a nude beauty pageant winner. In 1993, Hatcher landed the role of Lois Lane on the hit series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, which aired until 1997.

1997 was a significant year for Teri Hatcher, as she also starred in the James Bond film Tomorrow Never Dies as Bond girl Paris Carver, despite being three months pregnant during filming. She was voted the world’s sexiest woman by readers of popular men’s magazine FHM that year.
